The only way to ensure you get credited for a referral is if they register using your 'reseller link'. It's located on the right-hand side of your affiliate dashboard as can be seen in the picture below.
This link is only used for referring others and is not used for selling products. To see any affiliates that have been referred by you, click on the “My Network” link.
